It is estimated that nearly a million pets are abused globally each year, and in the US, one pet is abused roughly every 10 seconds.

Across the country, thousands of commercial livestock farms and backyard breeders produce millions of animals for sale in pet stores and through newspaper ads. Often referred to as puppy and kitten factories, these facilities repeatedly permeate bitches who have spent their entire lives in cages without human accompaniment. If you adopt a shelter, you do not endorse such cruel practices.

Everything You Need to be an MMA Fighter

A mixed martial arts (MMA) training program called Drago’s Hardcore MMA Drills consisting of drills that hone techniques and fighting skills which can be combined together to create an overall extreme workout training session was created by Bruce Drago. Students work drills, skills, and conditioning into their workout session for each class consisting of four phases. Over 20 years of classroom experience of its creator, Bruce Drago, are incorporated into Drago’s MMA Workout program. The program’s four phases are:

First Phase – Standup Fighting

Muay Thai is the best standup fighting system, according to Bruce Drago. To develop strength, increase speed and enable students to do explosive attacks, skills such as, boxing, kickboxing and strike fighting are incorporated in this phase.

Second Phase – Grappling

Grappling skills, de rigueur in MMA training, are combined with ground striking into one intense program.

Third Phase – Clinch

From the clinch position, every student is taught how to work everything including MMA fighting/training, takedowns, throws, cage pins and counters.

Fourth Phase – MMA.
